Who's behind it
John McKillop runs McKillop Creative in Greenville, South Carolina. A physician by training and a novelist, he left medicine to raise four kids, and has spent the last several years building products that guide people through something they didn't know how to start. Scout began as the page he built for his own daughter's recruiting, and the questions every other parent on the sideline asked about it.
Every Scout draft ends with John. He reads it, fixes what a machine gets wrong, and ships a page a coach can read on a phone in thirty seconds.

No. Scout checks that a link opens and that the page is complete; it never evaluates play or claims a level. That stays with coaches.
Common. Scout walks you through the shared-link route, and where an account is private, the authorized way is a link or clip from your coach or team admin. Scout never reaches into someone else's account.
Only what a recruiting page shows: name, class year, school and club, film, stats, honors, and a parent contact. No home address, transcript, ID or medical information. The account is the parent's. Coach quotes and contacts are published only with permission.
No. Your draft lives at a private, unindexed link. It goes on your domain only after you approve the proof.
